Booking a ride is simple:

1. Open the Mebar app and enter your destination
2. Choose your pickup location or use your current location
3. Select your preferred ride type (MebarX, MebarGo, etc.)
4. Confirm your booking and wait for driver assignment
5. Track your driver's arrival in real-time

We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket
• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard
• Cash: Pay your driver directly
• Mebar Wallet: Preload money for quick payments

Ride fares in Bangladesh are calculated based on several factors:

• Base fare: ৳25 starting cost for every ride
• Distance: ৳15 per kilometer traveled
• Waiting time: ৳0.50 per minute of waiting
• Minimum fare: ৳50 minimum charge for all rides
• Demand: Higher prices during peak hours in Dhaka
• Tolls: Any toll charges are added to the fare

You'll see the estimated fare in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) before confirming your booking.

If you left an item in your ride:

1. Go to 'Trip History' in your app
2. Find the ride and tap 'Report an Issue'
3. Select 'I lost an item'
4. Describe the item and provide contact details
5. We'll connect you with your driver to arrange return

To become a Mebar driver, you need to meet these requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old
• Have a valid Bangladesh driving license
• Own or have access to a qualified vehicle (2010 or newer)
• Pass a background check
• Complete vehicle inspection
